Please read these terms carefully before using Vekvaka. By using and placing orders on vekvaka.se, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Delta Republic reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time. Users themselves are responsible for knowing about any changes. The date of this update can be found at the end of these Terms. Do not use Vekvaka if you do not agree to the terms.

Vekvaka is sold and marketed by Delta Republic Retail Agency AB, registration number 559058-6946. When the words "Delta Republic", "we", "us" and "our" are mentioned on the website, it means Delta Republic Retail Agency AB. By ordering goods from Delta Republic, you agree to the terms.

INFORMATION ABOUT VEKVAKA.SE

Delta Republic does its utmost to avoid inaccuracies on vekvaka.se, but information, text, images, graphics and other material may contain errors, or be incomplete or incorrect. In such cases and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom, unless such damages are the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

Delta Republic does its best to accurately display goods for sale on vekvaka.se, but we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on vekvaka.se will be perceived as the same as on the item itself. These deviations may be due to your computer's color and image settings.

ACCESS TO VEKVAKA.SE
We reserve the right to remove or change the services we offer on vekvaka.se at any time and for any reason without prior notice. We are not responsible if vekvaka.se is unavailable at any time or for any period of time.

VIRUSES, DATA BREACHES AND OTHER VIOLATIONS
You must not abuse vekvaka.se by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, corrupted data or other material that is malicious or technically harmful. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to vekvaka.se, the server where vekvaka.se is stored or other servers, computers or databases connected to vekvaka.se. You may not attack vekvaka.se through an overload attack or a distributed overload attack.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by distributed overload attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other material due to your use of vekvaka.se, or downloading of material posted on vekvaka.se or on any website linked to vekvaka.se.

In cases where vekvaka.se contains links to other websites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for informational purposes only. The existence of a link to another website does not imply our implied or express endorsement of the website's provider, product or services. We have no control over the content of such websites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of your use of them or your reliance on their content.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Delta Republic will not be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage of any kind that may arise as a result of unauthorized use of vekvaka.se or any information on vekvaka.se.

ORDERING
vekvaka.se is available 24 hours a day. However, it may happen that it has to remain closed for maintenance.

When placing an order, you must provide your personal details, contact information and payment information. Remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the information is correct. By placing an order via vekvaka.se, you offer to buy the goods that you have selected according to these terms. We may, at our sole discretion, accept or decline your offer.

The receipt you receive when you click "Buy" is an automatic confirmation that we have received your submitted offer. However, the confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your offer and we reserve the right to decline your offer after you have received the automatic receipt. We cannot guarantee that all goods displayed on vekvaka.se are in stock when you place your order. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and ensure that you receive a full refund. Delta Republic reserves the right to decline your bid if we do not receive payment approval.

If we accept your offer, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail from us. The contract between you and Delta Republic is valid from the time the order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail. If fraud is suspected, we may suspend your purchase for further investigation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All information and designs published by Delta Republic on vekvaka.se constitute intellectual property and belong to Delta Republic. All logos, graphics, images and data on vekvaka.se are owned or licensed by Delta Republic.

Delta Republic's trademarks include Delta Republic and Vekwaka and the logos of those trademarks. Use of vekvaka.se does not entitle you to use our trademarks or other intellectual property rights belonging to Delta Republic.

FORCE MAJEURE
Delta Republic shall be held harmless from the commitments and punctuality of its obligations under the Terms of Sale, if those obligations are prevented, limited or disrupted by any reason beyond Delta Republic's control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, strike or other event or accident.

APPLICABLE LAWS
Without limiting your consumer rights according to applicable laws in your country, these terms and conditions, as well as all disputes or claims arising from this and for use or purchases on vekvaka.se, shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden. Disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms, or violations or invalidity thereof, shall be settled in a Swedish court.

PAYMENT TERMS AND DELIVERY
We cooperate with Klarna Checkout where we offer invoice payment, card payment and direct payment for certain countries.

After you enter your details in Klarna Checkout and have been identified, the payment options that can be offered are displayed. Regardless of which payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna's partners is responsible for the transaction itself. If you have questions regarding payment, we therefore ask you to contact Klarna in the first instance. Contact Klarna at klarna.com.

All payment card holders may undergo validation and approval by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and prevent fraud.

INVOICE
If you choose an invoice, this will be created as soon as your goods leave our warehouse. On the standard invoice, 14 days of payment apply from the time the invoice was created, no invoice fee is added. Your invoice is sent via e-mail to the e-mail address you entered at the time of purchase.

Klarna never does any credit information directly in Klarna Checkout, this is only done if necessary depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, for example banks.

If you sent your goods in return, you can move your due date forward yourself on My Klarna. Your invoice will be adjusted or canceled depending on whether you sent back part or all of your order in return.

DELIVERY TERMS
Estimated delivery times are approx. 2-4 days. Please note that delivery times are approximate and we disclaim all responsibility for any delays in delivery. Ordinary orders are delivered to your home with Postnord goods. Larger shipments are delivered to the nearest collection point for Postnord. You will then receive a message with information on how to collect your package. Don't forget your ID card. Your package will be held at the pickup location for 2 weeks. Shipments not picked up within the specified time will be returned to Delta Republic. You are then responsible for the return cost yourself.

If you cannot collect your package, someone else can collect it for you. When you pick up your package, that person must show your ID card as well as their own.

RETURN POLICY
You can return your order within 7 days after the order has been delivered, provided that the product is in its original condition and in its original packaging. The item must be in perfect condition, it must not have been used or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not pass our quality control.

REFUND
A return fee is added to all returns and deducted from your refund. Even if you send back several orders in one package, the return cost will be charged for each individual order. You will receive your refund through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 14 days from the time you have returned your item to receive your refund. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

USE OUR RETURN LABEL
Email vekvaka@deltarepublic.se if you wish to return and we will get back with a return shipping slip. The return shipping slip must be printed and attached to your return. This way, we can easily track your package until it arrives at our warehouse. In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged, you will still receive your refund.

Delta Republic is not responsible for packages sent with a different return label than the one sent out by us. If you choose to use another forwarder, you yourself are responsible for the package and its products until it arrives at our warehouse. If you choose to send your return back with another forwarder, please notify our customer service in advance via email vekvaka@deltarepublic.se. Then inform us which order number your return applies to and which products you are sending back.

THIS IS HOW YOU RETURN

1. Place the item in its original packaging.
2. Contact us at vekvaka@deltarepublic.se to get a return shipping label
3. Print and attach the return shipping slip to the shipment.
4. Hang up at the nearest mailbox.

COMPLAINTS
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please send us a picture where we can clearly see the defect and explain the error. Send the picture to vekvaka@deltarepublic.se and we will get back to you. Your complaint request must be made as soon as you discover the fault, within a reasonable time. We only accept complaints caused by manufacturing defects. Items that have been damaged through daily use are not considered defective. We can only handle defective products clothing from orders made in our webshop.
